David M. Zobel

Mr. Zobel is a shareholder of the firm and a civil trial attorney with extensive experience trying cases in Virginia's federal and state courts. His areas of practice include construction law, real estate litigation, casualty defense, and creditors' rights. He has also briefed and argued cases before the Virginia Supreme Court, the Virginia Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Zobel has been selected by his peers to be included in Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite in the category of Construction Law.
