 Mr. Plumlee is a shareholder of the firm and shareholder-in-charge of the Chesapeake law offices. His practice concentrates on civil litigation with an emphasis on business, aviation liability and land use. As part of a vibrant land use practice, Mr. Plumlee heads a team within the firm specializing in environmental remediation projects. He is an appointed member of the Virginia Beach City Wetlands Board and served as chairman for two years. Mr. Plumlee’s clients include AIG Aviation, and the City of Chesapeake, Virginia. Mr. Plumlee was selected by Inside Business as one of the "Top 40 Under 40" young business people in Hampton Roads and has been repeatedly elected by his peers to be included in Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite in several categories.
