 Mr. Plumlee is a shareholder of the firm whose practice concentrates on civil litigation with an emphasis on business, products liability, and land use litigation. As part of a vibrant land use practice, Mr. Plumlee heads a team within the firm specializing on Brownfield remediation projects. He is an appointed member of the Virginia Beach City Wetlands Board. Mr. Plumlee has handled numerous litigation matters from inception to trial in the state and federal courts of Virginia and North Carolina. Mr. Plumlee was selected by Inside Business as one of the "Top 40 Under 40" young business people in Hampton Roads and has been repeatedly elected by his peers to be included in Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite in the category of Top Young Lawyer. Mr. Plumlee is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of North Carolina. Mr. Plumlee has advocated before arbitrators selected by the American Arbitration Association and counseled clients through the process of civil mediation.
