 Ms. Brooks focuses her practice on family wealth preservation and estate tax, charitable and legacy planning, including the preparation of Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Charitable and Special Needs Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships and Liability Companies, IRA Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Care documents. In addition, she assists businesses and provides guidance to family businesses with succession planning. Ms. Brooks was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2004.
