 Mr. Gerber is a shareholder whose areas of practice include health care law and the defense of medical malpractice and medical equipment/products claims. Mr. Gerber has been repeatedly elected by his peers to be included in Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite in the category of Health Law and has been selected as a 2007 Virginia Rising Star by Richmond magazine, Virginia Super Lawyers. Mr. Gerber was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1992, the Virginia Bar in 1993, and the South Carolina Bar in 1995. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
