 Ms. Nashatka practices in the Domestic Relations Department of Huff, Poole & Mahoney, P.C. She was selected as a Virginia Rising Star by Richmond magazine, Virginia Super Lawyers in 2009. Ms. Nashatka was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2003 and is also admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She previously served as a law clerk for the Norfolk Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.
