 Mr. Richardson advises and represents employers in employment and business matters throughout Virginia and frequently conducts seminars regarding employment laws. He is a shareholder of the firm with a diverse trial and appellate practice in federal and state courts and has appeared before the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Virginia. Mr. Richardson has been repeatedly elected by his peers to be included in Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite in the category of Labor/Employment Law.
